Smoking Policy

For the safety and security of all guests and staff on board, Designated Smoking Areas are available on the forward, starboard corner of the Pool Deck and in the aft, port corner of Horizons. These areas are comfortably furnished and conveniently located near food and beverage areas. Smoking is expressly forbidden in all staterooms and suites, on verandas, or in any areas of the ship other than officially Designated Smoking Areas. Smoking in a stateroom or suite or on a veranda represents a serious fire and safety hazard to all guests and staff. Guests choosing to disregard this policy will be disembarked at the next port of call and may also be subject to additional fees that will be imposed to cover the costs associated with any damage to and the required cleaning of furnishings, verandas and surrounding deck and accommodation areas. All areas other than those specified as Designated Smoking Areas will remain smoke-free. This includes all guest suites and staterooms, verandas, restaurants, public areas, the Casino and all other areas of the ship. Cigar and pipe smoking is only permitted on the forward, starboard corner of the Pool Deck. The use of electronic cigarettes is allowed within designated smoking areas only.

Wi-Fi & Internet Access

Is wireless Internet connectivity (Wi-Fi) available on the ships? Starlink, has been completed on all ships, providing all guests with high-speed, unlimited WiFi included as part of the cruise fare. What computer facilities are offered on the ship? There are 16 computers available in the Oceania@Sea Internet Cafe on the R-Class ships. The Oceania@Sea Internet Cafe is open 24 hours, until the last night of the cruise, when it closes at 11 p.m. Two additional computers are available in the library. Wireless Internet service is available throughout all ships.

Dress Code

Oceania Cruise Dress Code Guidelines At Oceania Cruises, we aim to create a relaxed yet refined atmosphere for all our guests. To help maintain this ambiance, we kindly ask that you follow our guidelines for an elegant and casual dress code throughout your voyage. Think effortless sophistication—polished, upscale, and comfortable. Lightweight linens, cottons, silks, and breathable blends are ideal. Evenings can be cool due to air conditioning, so we recommend packing a light sweater or wrap. Gentlemen may also consider bringing a lightweight sport coat, though it is not required. Daytime Attire Suggested attire includes: Sundresses Polo Shirts Tailored Shorts Lightweight slacks Swimwear is welcome at the pool, but please wear a cover-up when entering dining areas. Evening Attire For a refined evening look, we suggest: Ladies: Dresses or jumpsuits Elegant blouses with slacks or skirts Fashionable jeans Dressy sandals, pumps, fashion/dress sneakers Gentlemen: Collared shirts, knit tops, or dressy polos Lightweight sweaters Tailored pants or dressy jeans Loafers, fashion/dress sneakers or dress shoes Note: Casual wear such as shorts and t-shirts is only permitted in the Terrace Café or Waves Grill during the evening. Additional Guidelines Robes and slippers are provided for in-room use only. Baseball caps are not permitted in the Grand Dining Room or specialty restaurants during dinner. They are acceptable in the Terrace Café and Waves Grill. Appropriate footwear is required indoors at all times. Athletic shoes and flip flops are not permitted in the restaurants or public areas after 6 pm. Faded, acid-washed, torn, or distressed jeans are not suitable for evening wear.

Special Dietary Requirements

Special arrangements can be made if you require diabetic, gluten-free, lactose-free, kosher, vegetarian and vegan meals. Other diets must be requested for approval and, in some cases, may require additional medical documentation. Kosher Dining Our new supplier for frozen kosher pre-packaged meals is Borenstein Caterers Incorporated from New York. All breads are Pas Yisroel and all dairy products are Cholov Yisroel. INSTRUCTIONS ON PRE-ORDERING: Guests will be able to view all selections online at oceaniacruises.com and will be required to pre-order their selections no later than 150 days prior to sailing for cruises outside the US and Europe, no later than 120 days prior to sailing for Europe cruises and cruises in the US. Guests will still need to complete an order form indicating their selections and submit the form via email to Special Services for handling. We do not have a Vegetarian menu, however, guests are able to select dishes from our existing menus and the chefs will adapt the recipes to be in line with their dietary requirements.

Adults-Only Policy

WHAT IS OCEANIA CRUISES’ NEW ADULTS-ONLY POLICY? Beginning 7 January 2026, Oceania Cruises will now exclusively welcome guests 18 years of age and older at the time of embarkation on all new reservations. This policy ensures that every voyage delivers the serene, sophisticated and adultfocused experience our guests value most. WHY IS OCEANIA CRUISES MAKING THIS CHANGE? This decision is based on extensive guest feedback. Our travellers consistently tell us that they choose Oceania Cruises for itscalm, tranquil atmosphere and the company of like-minded adults. Moving to an adults-only environment allows us to focus on what our guests appreciate most—refined service, cultural enrichment and unhurried exploration. HOW DOES THIS AFFECT EXISTING BOOKINGS WITH CHILDREN? All existing bookings that include guests under the age of 18 years which were made prior to 7 January 2026 will be honoured in full. There is no impact to these reservations. The policy will only apply to new bookings made on or after 7 January 2026. WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO BOOK A FUTURE CRUISE WITH CHILDREN? While Oceania Cruises will focus exclusively on adult guests, our sister brands — Norwegian Cruise Line and Regent Seven Seas Cruises — offer exceptional voyages designed for families and multi-generational travellers. Your travel advisor, Norwegian Cruise Line or Regent Seven Seas Cruises representative can assist with rebooking options or recommendations. WHY IS THIS POLICY SPECIFIC TO OCEANIA CRUISES AND NOT TO THE OTHER BRANDS IN THE NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE HOLDINGS LTD. FAMILY? Each brand within the Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. family serves a distinct audience. Oceania Cruises’ ships and experiences are crafted for adult travellers seeking tranquility, cultural immersion and relaxed sophistication. HOW WILL OCEANIA CRUISES VERIFY THE AGE OF GUESTS? A valid date of birth will be required at the time of booking for all guests. Proof of age with valid passport will be requestedprior to embarkation. WHAT IF MY TRAVEL PARTY INCLUDES SOMEONE WHO WILL TURN 18 BEFORE SAILING? Guests who are 18 years of age or older at the time of embarkation are eligible to sail. Reservations may be made as long as the guest will meet that age requirement by the embarkation date of the voyage. WILL THERE BE ANY CHANGES TO ONBOARD PROGRAMMES OR AMENITIES? No. Oceania Cruises’ ships are already designed for adult travellers. This policy simply formalises what our guests already experience — refined service, culinary excellence and immersive itineraries without youth programming or facilities. DOES THIS CHANGE APPLY TO FULL-SHIP CHARTERS OR GROUP BOOKINGS? The Adults-Only policy applies to all standard Oceania Cruises sailings. Exceptions for private full-ship charters may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with executive approval. HOW WILL OCEANIA COMMUNICATE THIS CHANGE TO GUESTS? The new policy will be reflected in our Terms & Conditions, Guest Ticket Contract, website copy and booking confirmations. Guests will also see reminders at the time of reservation, on invoices and in pre-cruise communications. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY BOOKING? Guests can contact Oceania Cruises’ Guest Services or their travel advisor for assistance. Our teams are prepared to answer questions, update records and provide support for any rebooking needs.

Disabled Facilities

Guests with any medical condition(s) or special needs that may require treatment or attention or accommodation during the voyage, or needing to travel with medical apparatus, including wheelchairs, motorised scooters, oxygen therapy, etc., must advise Oceania Cruises in writing at the time of deposit. Please note some ports of call may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility and in such cases, may disallow debarkation with a wheelchair or motorised scooter or for any individual with limited mobility. Bringing Personal Alcoholic Beverages On Board At Oceania Cruises, we recognize that some guests may wish to bring their own alcoholic beverages on board to enjoy during their voyage. Whether it's a cherished bottle of wine or Champagne from your personal collection, a favorite spirit for a nightcap, or a carefully selected craft beer, we're committed to helping make your cruise as personalized and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for all guests, we’ve established clear guidelines on the types and quantities of personal alcoholic beverages that may be brought on board as well as how these beverages can be consumed during your voyage. These policies are intended to support guest enjoyment while maintaining onboard service standards, ensuring safety, and complying with international customs regulations. Please be aware that: All policies are subject to the laws and regulations of local authorities at each port. In certain jurisdictions, local laws may prohibit the possession or transportation of alcohol when embarking or reboarding the vessel. These laws take precedence over the guidelines outlined by Oceania Cruises. Oceania Cruises reserves the right to deny boarding or use of any alcoholic beverages brought on board at its sole discretion. Personal Beverage Allowances Guests may bring the following quantities per stateroom: Wine & Champagne: Up to 6 bottles (750 ml each) – World Cruise guests may bring up to 60 bottles (750 ml each) for the entire voyage. Spirits: 1 bottle (1 liter) Beer: Up to 12 cans or bottles (330–355 ml each) Allowances apply to beverages brought aboard at embarkation or purchased in ports of call. For World Cruise guests, spirit and beer allowances reset per segment. If you bring more than the permitted amount, the excess beverages will be safely stored by ship security for the duration of your voyage and returned to you on disembarkation day. Where You Can Enjoy Your Beverages Wine & Champagne: Enjoy in your stateroom or suite with no additional fee. If you'd like to enjoy your personal wine and/or Champagne in dining venues or public areas, a corkage fee per 750 ml bottle applies. Unfinished bottles can be stored by the sommelier for future enjoyment during your voyage. Spirits: May be consumed only in your stateroom or suite. Not permitted in dining venues or public areas. Beer: May be consumed only in your stateroom or suite. Not permitted in dining venues or public areas. These guidelines are intended to ensure a thoughtful balance between individual preferences and the shared onboard experience.
