NestCruise Advisor Group provides complimentary cruise advisory services. We are compensated directly by our cruise line partners, not by you.

NestCruise is not a cruise line. We act as an intermediary advisor. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective cruise line.

  • Price monitoring and re-booking if rates decrease
  • Coordination of pre-cruise logistics
  • Ongoing concierge support before, during, and after your voyage

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries
  • Review and confirm all booking details before finalizing
  • Maintain valid travel documentation as required by your itinerary
  • Comply with applicable cruise line policies and maritime regulations

4. Pricing & Payments

NestCruise advisor services are provided at no charge to you. Cruise pricing, availability, and promotional offers are subject to change by cruise line partners without notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the specific cruise line with which your booking is made. NestCruise can help explain these policies but is not responsible for penalties or non-refundable deposits imposed by the cruise line.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of NestCruise Advisor Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Cruise line logos and ship imagery remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

NestCruise provides advisory services in good faith but does not guarantee third-party information including schedules, pricing, or onboard amenities.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New York, New York.
